Q. How do I become a member of WovenJourney.com eCards? A. Please click JOIN at the top of the webpage and complete all details to create your new account then you will have access to member ecards and member benefits.
Q. How do I subscribe/unsubscribe to the Woven Journey Cards mailing list? A. If you would like to receive occasional updates from Woven Journey, you can subscribe to our newsletter and submit your e-mail address. If you would like to stop receiving our newsletters and updates, visit our unsubscribe page. Simply submit your e-mail address on that page to have it removed from our database.
Q. How do I change my email address? You can change your email address by doing the following:

Woven Journey Cards and its business partners own all of the rights in and to the art, flash design, text, music, and sound used on our web site. We do not allow downloading art, images, text, music, or sound from our web site. Please refer to our terms of use for more information.
Q. Can you tell me how to copyright my art, music, or poems? A. We are not licensed or authorized to give out legal advice about copyright law.
Woven Journey E-cards
Q. How do I send an e-card? A. It's easy! From the Woven Journey Ecard page you can browse the categories of e-cards available. By clicking on a section (ie Just for Women, Just for Men, For Everyone, Corporate) you can view the cards available within that section. Simply click on the thumbnail of the e-card you'd like to see, and the e-card will be enlarged to full size in FLASH or download the presenter plug-in. To preview the words for each message, simply click on the Card Info icon, placed above each thumbnail.
After you've seen the entire e-card, you can click the "Send Card" button below the video to enter your customized message. Then, add the recipient details and your personalised message and send your e-card! You may click "Preview" if you wish to see your e-card in its entirety again before sending it. At any point after you've entered the addresses, you may send the e-card by clicking the "Send" button.
Q. Can I cancel, change or resend an e-card? A. Unfortunately once the send button is clicked, the e-card cannot be canceled, changed, or retrieved. Due to the large number of e-cards sent, wovenjourney.com technical support is unable to respond to e-mail requests regarding the deletion, change, or delivery of a specific e-card.
If you think that you have made an error in addressing the e-card, you can always return to the Woven Journey web site and send the e-card again to the correct recipient.
Q. How do I retrieve an e-card? A. The e-mail notification we sent you contains a URL (web address) for the e-card you received. It's a line in the middle of the message that is probably underlined and a different colour. Click on this link to go directly to your e-card.
If clicking on the link doesn't work, try copying and pasting the e-card address into the address bar of your browser. Once you've pasted the address in, hit Enter to go to your e-card.
Finally, you can go to our pickup page. Enter your e-card retrieval number exactly as it appears in the e-mail notification you received.
Q. Why didn't the person I sent my e-card to receive it? A. The most common cause for this problem is a mistyped address. If you entered a typo in the e-mail address, your e-card could not be delivered to the correct recipient. Make sure the e-mail address is correct.
It is also possible that your recipient has e-mail blocking set up in his or her e-mail program. Or, their business or Internet service provider could be blocking all e-mail from a particular server. A solution would be for you to forward a copy of the e-card's URL to your recipient. The e-card's URL will be in the e-mail notification you received from us.
Another possible explanation is that an erroneous future delivery date was specified for the e-card. We deliver cards on the date you specify regardless of when the holiday or event occurs. It could be that the date you specified has not yet been reached. Remember to use the "MM/DD/YYYY" format to specify the date for the future delivery of e-cards.
Lastly, at peak times the delivery of e-cards may be delayed due to the heavy volume being sent.
Q. Do the cards take up any space on my computer? A. No. Woven Journey e-cards are viewed over the Internet with your web browser. The notifications you receive in your e-mail are only small text messages with a hyperlink to your e-card, and they do not contain any attached files.
Q. Can I get a virus from Woven Journey e-cards? A. There is no way you can get a computer virus from Woven Journey e-cards. The cards are viewed over the Internet with your web browser. Q. What is Woven Journey’s Privacy Policy? A. Woven Journey is committed to making your experience on our web site enjoyable and safe. When you send a Woven Journey e-card, the information you provide is used to customize and deliver your greeting.
As stated in Woven Journey’s privacy policy, your e-mail address will not be shared with any third party without your prior approval. You may view Woven Journey’s complete privacy policy online. You will find the link at the bottom of the webpage.
Q. How long do I have to view an e-card? A. An e-card remains available for viewing on our site for 30 days. For your security, cards sent more than 30 days ago are permanently deleted and cannot be retrieved.
Q. When I send a single e-card to a list of people at the same time, can the recipients view each other’s e-mail addresses? A. No. Each e-card recipient receives a “unique” copy e-card and only the card sender name and e-mail address are displayed to the individual recipient.
Q. Why does your web site keep asking if I want to download “Adobe Flash?” A. The Adobe Flash Player is a free Internet plug-in that allows you to view multimedia content such as Woven Journey E-Cards through your Internet browser. The Flash Player program is provided directly to you by Adobe and all technical problems with downloading the Flash plug-in should be directed to Adobe.

Q. Can I link to WovenJourney.com from my web site? A. You are welcome to place links or banners on your web site in order to let others know about the e-card services that are available from our site. Please contact us for more information.
Q. Can I get Woven Journey e-cards on my site? A. Woven Journey will partner with a limited number of large web sites and retail partners to bring Woven Journey branded e-cards to their respective sites. Although there are many worthy sites interested in such a partnership, we simply cannot adequately support the vast number of partnerships requested.
At this time we are only able to partner with a select group of highly trafficked web sites that reflect the mission vision and core values of Woven Journey Cards. If you think that such a relationship might be appropriate with your web site, please contact us.
Q. Can I use the artwork, music, or copy of Woven Journey’s e-cards? A. Although we know the vast majority of individuals simply want to use an image or e-card copy to encourage others, unfortunately our Internet usage policy must protect Woven Journey and our partners from unlawful and unscrupulous use of our content.
All artwork, music, or editorial copy is the property of Woven Journey, its licensors, or marketing partners. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display, incorporate into another Web site, or in any other way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part without the expressed permission of Woven Journey Pty Ltd. Q. Does Woven Journey make a software program that can be used to create and print cards on my PC? A. No, we do not currently offer such a program.

Email Protection
Woven Journey’s first priority is always you, our customer, which involves providing you with information on how to protect yourself from ecard email scams impacting our industry.
Security Alert: There are email campaigns from other ecard companies that contain an attachment that will infect your computer with a malicious and destructive virus. It is important for you to know that legitimate emails from WovenJourney.com will never contain an attachment. Our emails are validated with industry standard security keys for additional protection and offer an alternate method for you to pick up your ecard. When you receive a legitimate ecard from WovenJourney.com you can bypass clicking on any links within the email and instead go to our site, click on the "ecard pickup" link found in the upper right corner of the homepage and enter the code provided in the email.
Phishing emails: Fraudulent emails containing malicious links sent from individuals portraying themselves as messages from legitimate companies.
- Simply opening an email should not result in any concern. Following links embedded in the email is where consumers have to be cautious.
- If you have any suspicion that the email is fraudulent do not open, and do not click on any links within the email if you do. Legitimate emails will always give you the option to pick up the ecard by typing in the address of the Web site, rather than clicking on the link. All Woven Journey emails provide this option.
- The individual sending the ecard should always be identifiable, such as in the subject line of the email itself. If you do not recognize the sender, be cautious. Be especially cautious of more generic subject lines.
- To ensure your safety, simply type in the address of the Web site and go directly to it to retrieve your greeting. At Woven Journey you can bypass clicking on any links by going to the site and entering the code given to you in the email at the "ecard pickup" page on the site.
IMPORTANT: If you do not recognize the sender do not type (or copy/paste) any website addresses into your browser.
What you can do to protect yourself from fraudulent ecard emails moving forward
If you feel that you have received a fraudulent ecard email claiming to be from Woven Journey, please submit your example to here to help in our investigations. Due to the magnitude of email to this inbox, you will not receive a response; however, you can be assured that your submission will help us continue to fight spam and phishing.
Some additional recommendations to further protect you:
- Make sure to always use the latest version of your Internet browser, as they will check for potentially fraudulent websites when browsing the web.
- Save our known address to your safe senders list so that legitimate ecard messages are ensured to be delivered. This does not ensure that ecard scams do not get into your inbox, however.
